Baskin-Robbins, the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty shops, continues its cool “Celebrate 31” promotion to celebrate 70 years of scooping the sweet stuff. On Aug. 31, 2015, enjoy any 2.5- or 4-ounce scoop of ice cream (in a cup or cone) for $1.31 at participating locations. (Waffle cones and toppings are extra.) Additionally, as part of the celebration, the popular ice cream shop will continue to serve up sweet deals on the 31st of each month through the end of the year.
