The Bodies Revealed exhibit is returning to Myrtle Beach this Memorial Day (May 28, 2012). Admission is $14 for adults; $10 for children. Kids under the age of 3 get in free.
The exhibit features meticulously dissected real, whole, and partial body specimens that have been careully preserved. It’s designed to teach visitors about human anatomy, and the effects that disease and unhealthy lifestyles have on the body. Many internal organs will also be on display so you can see the damage that can result from over-eating, lack of exercise, or smoking.
The Bodies Revealed exhibit will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It’s located on the Northeastern side of Broadway at the Beach, adjacent to Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
