South Carolina’s top tourist attraction, Broadway at the Beach turns 25 years old this year! It would be hard to find someone who traveled to Myrtle Beach on pleasure and did not go to Broadway at the Beach. Dining options (like Wahlburgers and Paula Deen’s), nightlife like Crocodile Rocks Dueling Pianos, retail shops and entertainment experiences keep millions of tourists entertained annually at Broadway at the Beach.
The Ripley’s Penguin Playhouse in Ripley’s Aquarium
The Ripley’s Penguin Playhouse will open in spring 2020! The 5,500-square-foot expansion is the largest in Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach’s 20-year history. The African penguin habitat will have floor-to-ceiling viewing glass and a 360-degree crawl tunnel for guests to waddle through. This addition also includes a brand-new Oceans of the World gallery with eight tanks, housing fascinating species of fish from all over the world.
Charles Bach Wonders Theatre
Master Illusionist Charles Back returns to Broadway at the Beach for 2020. Experience a world-class show of magic, dance, comedy & grand illusion in the heart of Broadway at the Beach. Witness some of the world’s most impressive Las Vegas style grand illusions LIVE. Charles Bach Wonders Magic Show is a family-friendly show for all ages.
Charles Bach will be performing all summer long, Tuesday through Sunday at 7 p.m. with added matinee shows at 4 p.m. on select days. Opening night is slated for Saturday, May 23.

Le Grand Cirque 2.0
Billed as “The Next Generation of Cirque Du Soleil!”, Le Grand Cirque 2.0 will be presented in a state of the art luxury full climate controlled tent. The main event tent has 850 seats at just over 30,000 square foot of fantastic entertainment! The Stage is set in the middle of the auditorium so wherever you are sat you are up close and personal and part of the action!
Le Grand Cirque 2.0 Broadway at the Beach will open Monday, June 1. Ticket prices range from $12.95 to $49.95 with daily shows starting at 7:30 p.m. and select matinee performances starting at 4 p.m.
Dino Park
Opening in April 2020, Dino Park takes you back to the pre-historic times, when Tyrannosaurus Rex ruled the earth!
Explore this Jurassic world with more than 20 animatronic life sized dinosaurs in a unique true to life setting. T-Rex will be available for rides!
Kwik-E-Mart
A Simpsons favorite! Ever wanted to try Buzz Cola, Heat-Lamp Hot Dogs, and Lard Lad Donuts, here’s your chance. What about the famous (or infamous), Squishee! Try show inspired flavors, some you may regret!
