While there may be some food trucks operating in the area, these trucks sell very unique products, none of our competitors sell Caribbean food from a mobile unit, so Caribbean Jerk Cuisine will be able to fill that niche. Kamal Fraser is the founder of Caribbean Jerk Cuisine, and will be acting as the head chef. He has held managerial positions with Angelo’s Steak and Pasta in Myrtle Beach SC. He worked for the Courtleigh Hotel & Suites and Sutton Place Hotel, that is now known as “Knutsford Court”, in Kingston Jamaica. In addition, he received his degree in culinary arts and has over 15 years of experience cooking in some of the finest restaurants.
The chef is excited to present his vision to you and all guests, he along with our caring and committed staff will ensure you have a fantastic experience with Caribbean Jerk Cuisine.
