CAN I RIDE THE BIKE ON THE BEACH?

Yes, you may ride our bikes on the beach. We recommend checking the tides and riding along the beach at low tide. That way their will be more hard compact sand to ride on. (Riding on the soft sand can be difficult)

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO RENT?

All rentals you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID to rent any of the products listed above. For example, if a family of 4 wanted to rent bikes for the week the mother or father would have to rent the bikes for the entire family. The children would not be allowed to rent the bikes on their own.

WHAT TYPE OF E-BIKES DO WE HAVE?

The e-bikes we have available are the Himiway Step-Thru & Step-Over Zebra.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash and all major debit / credit cards to include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

DELIVERY & PICKUP: HOW IT WORKS

At a hotel:

We will drop off your rental item(s) at the hotel bell desk or the front desk as requested. Not checked in yet? No problem! The item(s) will be left at the bell/front desk under your hotel reservation name for your easy claim upon arrival. (hint: please indicate your hotel reservation name in the “Special Instructions” section at the bottom of the reservation form).
To return the item(s), simply leave it with the bell desk or front desk, and we’ll swing by the evening your rental ends to pick it up between our hours.

At a residence or an AirBnB:

We can deliver your rentals to any residence within a 20-mile radius of our shop. Not sure if you are within the delivery range? Just fill out the delivery address in the reservation form and we will tell you if we deliver to your location or not. Still not sure? Give us a call at 843-605-5762 and we’d be happy to let you know!

FEES

$25 for delivery & pick-up of rentals lasting 3 days or longer.
$45 for delivery & pick-up of rentals lasting 2 days or less.
Delivery is REQUIRED for all Myrtle Beach rentals.
We DO NOT offer delivery for any rental lasting less than 24 hrs
ITS FREE TO PICK UP AT STORE!!!

WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO RENT?

We require a valid government issued ID and credit card to keep on file for the duration of the rental. Cash is accepted as a payment but we still require a credit card to keep on file.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH EACH RENTAL?

Bicycles – Come with a bike lock, helments, airtags, and baskets can be added upon request.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY?

All rental reservations will receive a 100% refund if they are cancelled at least 24hrs. before the rental was scheduled to begin. Any cancellation made less than 24hrs. before the start of the rental will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued once the agreed upon rental period begins.
