Free Admission to “The Art of Recycling”

In Honor of Earth Day, The Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum is hosting an “Art of Recycling” event on Saturday and Sunday, April 20-21, 2012. Admission is free.

This event, which runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day, includes an art display created by middle school students using items from nature or recycled, reused or re-purposed materials; community recycled art projects; facepainting; refreshments; and more.

The Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum is located at 3100 South Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
