FREE Chair Yoga at North Myrtle Beach Library

Relax and release tension while following along with a qualified instructor who will lead you through calming yoga postures and breathing techniques, all while you are seated in a chair.

Chair Yoga will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Chair Yoga will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Chair Yoga is for adults 18+, and registration is not required for this event.
