Free Health Screenings at Sam’s Club

This Saturday, April 13, 2013, all Sam’s Club locations that have a pharmacy are offering free health screenings.

The screenings will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and are available to both members and non-members.

Here’s the list:

• Glucose
• Total cholesterol
• Blood pressure
• Body mass index (BMI)
• Vision screening/testing (at locations with an optical center)
• Dental tablets
• Non-invasive oral health questionnaires

Sam’s Club is located at 1946 10th Avenue N. in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
