Bass Pro Shops is holding some fun, family-oriented activities this weekend and next, September 3-4 and September 10-11, 2011 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Admission is free.
Activities include a remote control car course, a tire bean bag toss, a tire roll, craft activities, prize giveaways, and a dutch oven cooking demonstration (apple cobbler) at 1:00 p.m.
This event also includes an All-Star Race Sweepstakes. One winner from the combined entries from all of the participating stores will get a trip to Charlotte in May 2012 and meet Jamie McMurray. The prize package also includes 2 tickets to the Charlotte race, 1 Bass Pro Shops Sprint Car designed Go Cart, accommodations for 3 nights, a tour of Earnhardt-Ganassi Racing and a $300 Bass Pro Shops gift card to spend at the Charlotte store.
Bass Pro Shops is working with AMVET organizations to donate DVDs to the troops overseas. The first 50 people to bring in a donation each day of the event will get a free NASCAR poster.
