The Horry County Library is sponsoring more than 500 free online classes. Some of the topics include high school equivalency, accounting and bookkeeping, alternative medicine, and religious studies. You can take up to five classes at a time.
The information I found said to sign up for a course, you should go to the Horry County Library Web site and click on the “Universal Class” link., but I tried that and it asked me for a Library Bar code and Pin. So call the library at 843-915-7323 and ask them what you need to do to register.
