There’s nothing scary about this freebie. IHOP is offering a FREE Scary Face pancake to kids (12 and younger) on Friday, Oct. 29 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. at participating locations.
The Halloween freebie includes a large buttermilk pancake with a whipped-topping mouth and strawberry nose, served with two mini Oreo cookies and and eight pieces of candy corn on the side to let kids create their own one-of-a-kind Halloween hotcake. Limit one pancake per child.
