Free Self Defense Class

This Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Grand Strand Regional Medical Center is holding a free self-defense class. 

The class will be held at HealthFinders at the Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach.

Although the class is free, registration is requested. To register, call 843-692-4444.
