Free Self Defense Class on Wednesday

On Wednesday, November 17, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Grand Strand Regional Medical Center is hosting a free self defense class.

The class will be held at HealthFinders at the Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach.

Although the class is free, registration is required. To register, call 843-692-4444.
