On Wednesday, November 2, 2011 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., Grand Strand Regional Medical Center will be holding a seminar titled “Heart Healthy Holidays.”
A registered dietitian will discuss how you can maintain a heart-healthy diet during the Holiday season.
The class will be held at HealthFinders at the Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach.
Although the class is free, registration is requested. To register, call 843-692-4444.
