While supplies last, kids in costume will get a free Halloween gift pack and an in-store costume photo shoot (including a free 5×7 print) with any purchase.
The gift pack includes $5 worth of candy, toys, and trick-or-treat safety items, and $10 worth of coupons for Halloween products.
