Are you a beginner in Tai Chi? Come and participate in this beginner’s session, where you will learn the basics and the initial 17 movements.
Tai Chi offers numerous health advantages, including improved flexibility and cardiovascular health, through its gentle and low-impact exercise approach.
This course will extend throughout the year for individuals who are able to dedicate themselves to learning the skills of Tai Chi.
Everyone is invited to participate in the first month and determine whether they are interested in it.
