On Saturday, February 4, 2017, the Chapin Memorial Library is holding an Escape Room Event for kids in grades 6-12. Admission is free. Registration is requested (843) 918-1293 or

Here’s a description of the event, which runs from 1:30 to 3 p.m., from the Chapin Memorial Library website: “You and your team of up to 5 people will be locked in a room. You will be given 60 minutes to try and escape! Find clues and solve puzzles to maneuver your Great Escape!”
