What exactly is Healthy Kids Day? It’s a nationwide effort by the Y to enhance the health and wellness of children and families. For over three decades, YMCAs nationwide have organized complimentary community gatherings to encourage kids and families to stay mentally and physically engaged during the summer and all year round. This event holds significant national importance, as it is dedicated to fostering the overall well-being of children in our local area by promoting a healthy lifestyle for their mind, body, and spirit.
Healthy Kids Day will be held on April 20th, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
