There’s nothing scary about this freebie — just lots of fluffy, family fun.
IHOP is offering a FREE Scary Face pancake to kids (12 and younger) on Oct. 31 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. at participating locations.
The pancake includes a large buttermilk pancake with a whipped-topping mouth and strawberry nose, served with two mini OREO cookies and and eight pieces of candy corn on the side to let kids create their own one-of-a-kind Halloween hotcake. Limit one pancake per child.
