Linda Callahan’s four-week wellness series integrates the practice of journaling with a constructive daily schedule.
The activities will include conscious living, mindfulness practices, appreciation, constructive self-talk, and a creative visualization undertaking.
This series is for adults 18+. Attendees must commit to the four-week course.
