I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to a 3-day weekend! And it wouldn’t be a holiday weekend without food, so we are rounding up a list of food discounts and freebies for those who would rather go out or order pickup, than fire up the grill. Some of these deals are only good on Labor Day, but many of them are good throughout the weekend, so make sure you read the fine print. And check back because I’ll add more as they come in.

2023 Labor Day Weekend Restaurant Specials

Marco’s Pizza: From September 5-7, customers can enjoy 30% off all menu-price pizzas using promo code LD30. Offer available for online and app orders only. Select from an array of mouth-watering Marco’s pizzas, such as the Magnifico lineup – all featuring our dedicated quality ingredients including fresh dough, original sauce and three fresh signature cheeses.

Red Lobster: Order a Family Meal for a curbside pickup starting at $7.50 per person. Choose from Create Your Own, Seaside Shrimp Trio Family Feast, or Ultimate Family Feast. The deal comes with Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and two Family-Size sides.

Domino’s: Enjoy a pizza party over the holiday weekend without breaking the bank. Domino’s continues to offer its Weeklong Carryout Deal — get any pizza with up to three toppings for just $7.99. Crust availability varies by size. (The offer excludes XL & Specialty Pizzas.) The deal also includes 10 traditional or boneless chicken wings for the same price.

Olive Garden: If you’re not taking out the grill over the Labor Day weekend, head to Olive Garden for frugal feast. Customers can enjoy an extra take-home entrée for just $5. Pick up enough entrées for the whole family to enjoy at home. Choose from Fettuccine Alfredo, Five Cheese Ziti al Forno, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Stuffed Fettuccine Alfredo.

Pizza Hut: Everyone loves pizza, so it’s perfect for any holiday celebration. Have an inexpensive pizza party on Labor Day, thanks to Pizza Hut’s ongoing deals and discounts — including the chain’s Big Dinner Box. The box has enough food to feed the whole group with leftovers for a midnight snack. Share a slice of pizza and fun with friends and family…plus, it’s an easy clean-up after the gathering.

Sonic Drive-In: Given Labor Day weekend represents the final days of summer, the sun will still be shining down in most areas. That means many will need to cool off with a cold beverage. And Sonic Drive-In is the perfect thirst-quenching stop for cool drinks and savings, thanks to the chain’s daily Happy Hour special.

From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., enjoy beverages and slushes at half-price. (You can also take advantage of the special all the time on the chain’s app.) It’s also an opportunity to sip on the chain’s new wine-inspired Uncorked Slushes.

Wendy’s: Wake up to great deal over the holiday weekend at Wendy’s with its current breakfast special. Get the chain’s Sausage, Egg & Swiss Croissant or Bacon Egg & Swiss Croissant for just $1.99. Breakfast hours are 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at most locations.

If you’re not a morning person, you can still bite into big savings at the fast-food restaurant. Through Sept. 5, Wendy’s is offering a buy-one-get-one for special. Choose from five popular menu items buy one at regular price and get the second one for just $1.
