The handspun Mocha Cookies & Cream milkshake features Chick-fil-A’s home-style Icedream, OREO cookie crumbles, coffee, Hershey’s chocolate syrup and is topped with light whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.

The deadline for entry is noon EST on Monday, August 26, 2013. Winners will be chosen by random drawing and announced on Tuesday morning. Winners will also receive an e-mail with a request for a mailing address so I can send the cards. If you do not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be chosen.
