On Saturday, October 14, 2017, Stage Left Theatre Company is holding an Open Casting Call for five short films that are being produced by the Myrtle Beach Film Institute.
The films will be screened in April of 2018 at Grand 14 Cinema and during the 2018 “Movies Under the Stars” at The Market Common.
Casting begins at 10 am. Here’s how it works:
- You’ll be given a short script (around 2 to 5 sentences).
- You’ll leave the stage area and practice the script. You can memorize your lines if you want, but it’s okay to read from the script.
- When you feel like you’re ready, you’ll be placed in a queue to read in front of the casting agents.
