Rock n’ Roots Plant Co. owner Nicole Saenz opened her shop in December 2020, and business has been booming, or should we say, blooming!
We accept walk-ins at the shop during normal business hours – and you can make your own planter or terrarium starting at $10.
Parties of 4 or more are encouraged to call ahead.
We also do private parties on-site at the shop which can accommodate 16-25 folks…or we can go off-site at a location of their choosing for much larger groups.
We also have houseplants, cactus, succulents air plants and pre-made arrangements available for purchase.

When you step foot onto Rock n’ Roots Plant Co. porch, you’ll be immediately greeted by a lush green jungle.
Come inside and find even more varieties of houseplants, succulents, cacti, air plants, crystals, gems, and planters of all shapes and sizes. Nicole and her staff makes sure each plant is healthy enough to go to new homes by nurturing them in their greenhouses for a minimum of three weeks.
So, whether you’re a planting newbie looking to start your very own collection or a natural green thumb with rare plants from all corners of the world, Rock n’ Roots Plant Co. can help find the right plant that suits your needs.
In addition to plants, the also offer organic fertilizers, plant accessories, premium soil, and locally-made plant hangers, plant-themed magnets, and stickers.

You can book their private party room that can accommodate up to 16 people, or book the entire shop (during non-business hours) for bigger groups.

Rock n’ Roots Plant Co. has pre-selected seated party packages or let them come and set up a more casual pop-up event where guests can pick and choose their own planters and plants. Whatever you decide, Nicole will make sure you and your guests have a fun and productive event.

Fall Succulent Pumpkin Planter Workshop at Tidal Creek Brewhouse
October 11, 2022 | 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Join us for a fall-themed plant party hosted by Rock n’ Roots!
This class is great for beginners or plant experts alike.
Pumpkin season is finally here and we are ready to bring you some amazing new seasonal workshops!!
Join us this October for an opportunity to create a living succulent arrangement on top of a REAL heirloom pumpkin! These special pumpkin planters make the perfect fall centerpiece and will last well past Thanksgiving since we preserve the pumpkin longer by not cutting into their core. We create the planter on top of the pumpkin by using preserved moss and soil. Once the season is over, we encourage you to re-plant your succulents into a more seasonally appropriate container – the choice is yours!
This workshop will be held at Tidal Creek Brewhouse in Myrtle Beach, SC where food + drinks will be available for purchase and will include the following:
-1.5 hour build time + live instruction
one 3-4 lb heirloom pumpkin
-an assortment of rooted succulents (plants may vary depending on availability)
-decorative materials (soil, moss, dried florals, colorful fall accents)
-one watering wand
-care guide + tips
-one complimentary drink (beer, coffee, or non-alcohol only)
