WonderWorks Broadway at the Beach is excited to host Sensory Nights!

Sensory Friendly Event sponsored by Champion Autism Network

Champion Autism Network, whose mission is to support families impacted by autism, make the entire Grand Strand an autism-friendly destination, bring autism awareness to businesses and the community and inspire action to support our families.

WonderWorks does not have any Sensory Friendly events scheduled at this time. When they do, we will update this page.

This event starts at 4 p.m. and goes to 9 p.m., cost is $10 for everyone.

Some of the local Myrtle Beach businesses that hold sensory friendly events are:

– WonderWorks Broadway at the Beach
– Myrtle Beach Bowl
– Fun Warehouse
– Ripley’s Aquarium Broadway at the Beach
– Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park

During this event, WonderWorks’ exhibits will be altered to provide limited stimulation for children and adults with special needs. The music in the facility will be lowered, any loud exhibits will not be operational, and they will stop the inversion tunnel to create a safe environment for individuals with special needs to enjoy all WonderWorks has to offer without feeling overwhelmed.
