Sound Tracks of Soul Show

The Sound Tracks of Soul Show, at the GTS Theatre in Myrtle Beach, is an enthralling odyssey delving into the origins and development of Soul, an African American popular music genre with strong gospel influences that emerged from urban areas and evolved from rhythm and blues starting in the late 1950s.

The heartfelt singing from the Sound Tracks of Soul performers, their energetic beats, and authentic words resonated deeply with a whole generation of African American youth. Soul music emerged as a unique genre in the 1960s and reached its zenith of popularity in the mid-1970s.

The Sound Tracks of Soul Show is a two hour show, every Thursday night at GTS Theatre. All ages are welcome. Tickets start at $39.95 for adults and $14.95 for children, infants under 2 are free.
