These deals are part of Taco Bell’s new “Happier Hour” promotion, which runs from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. daily.

After reading about the Happy Hour offer on your site, I stopped by the one next to Socastee High School after going to the Post Office today, they told me they nor any of the other stores around here were offering this promotion.
They had the Happy Hour sigh hanging but the prices had sticker labels over the $1 pre-printed sign.
I walked out without buying anything, people who know me, know I only buy if it’s a deal or I have a coupon/discount.
