Winter White Cosmo Returns at Bonefish Grill w/ New Seasonal Entrées, Holiday Hours and Gift Card Deals

Temperatures may be dropping but Bonefish Grill is turning up the heat this winter season with new dining specials that will illuminate the tastebuds.

For a starter, order up the latest Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts tossed in a sweet, savory, and spicy kung pao sauce and topped with toasted macadamia nuts and fresh cilantro.

Additional entrées spotted on the seasonal menu include:

Baja Scallop and Shrimp Scampi Pasta: Tender Bay scallops, hand-harvested off the Baja coast, tossed with shrimp in a garlic scampi sauce over linguini. Pairs with Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc.

Rockefeller Butterfish: Alaskan Sablefish, a silky, rich delicacy that many liken to Sea Bass, is topped with creamy spinach and jumbo lump crab. Pairs with Kendall Jackson Chardonnay.

Old Fashioned Cedar Plank Salmon: Cedar plank roasted salmon brushed with a Jim Beam honey bourbon glaze, finished with Bordeaux cherry gastrique and fresh grated orange zest – served with a choice of two signature sides. Pairs with Smoked Old Fashioned.

Shrimp and Scallop Scampi Filet (available 12.20-1.2): 7 oz wood-grilled Filet Mignon topped with hand-harvested Baja bay scallops and shrimp tossed in a garlic scampi sauce. Served with two signature sides.

Get frosty and sip on chilled hand-crafted cocktails with a classic Woodford Reserve Bourbon Smoked Old Fashioned or the returning guest favorite – the one and only Winter White Cosmo perfectly shaken up with Reyka Vodka, Cointreau, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, white cranberry juice, fresh lime juice and topped with frozen cranberries.

For dessert, you may not want to share the rich Chocolate Lava Cake filled with a warm molten center and topped with fresh berries and house-made whipped cream.
